 Mike Campbell's 1969 Mach 1.
My car is a 1969 Mustang Mach 1. It sports the original
Indian fire red exterior with black interior and is pretty much stock.
It has a 351W-4V motor with FMX transmission and 3.25 rear axle. Other
factory options include power steering and brakes. The car has its
original AM radio and an add-on rear spoiler. I have the factory build
sheet which I found under the carpet. It's a southern car with an
Atlanta, GA DSO that I bought in Chattanooga, TN. I love the unusual
color of the car. My car has its original deluxe interior and it runs
and drives as well as it looks. The 69 - 70 Mustang sportsroof is
definitely my favorite body style. When I was a kid a guy worked for my
dad and he had a brand new 1970 Mach 1 with a 351 Cleveland 4V and 4
speed transmission. I used to just stare at it and dream of owning one.
It was the most awesome car I had ever seen or rode in. I have since
owned three Mach 1's, two 1970 models and this '69.

Mike--did you repaint your car? I have a 69 GT fastback in Indian fire red and the paint is faded. I wonder if I can restore it or ned to repaint. Thanks
