Color change

Pak,

Any way you can change the color of this car to a black or metallic black and add the Boss 302 stripes in a metallic gun metal gray?

Sorry I'm behind on requests, I keep hoping we get a new member that doesn't mind doing some chops but either everyone is shy or can't make time.

I tried a couple different things but I can't seem to make the car black and look right, it either is a stark black with no highlights or shape or it looks flat grey. Changing thru other colors in the spectrum is easy enough but making a car black or working with a black car is very tough to change.

No problem. Even if you could come up with a dark charcoal color. Just something to give me a rough idea.

Pak, I'm far from an expert in PhotoShop, but could you convert the photo to Black & White and then play with the Contrast and Brightness to try and get the desired result. I don't have time right now, but will give it a try when I do.

Not the best, but it gives you an idea of what it would look like. Someone with more skill will have to add the stripes.
