Electrical problems

I am having ongoing electrical problems with my '69 mustang because the battery will not charge. I have replaced the alternator, regulator, solenoid ect ect and nothing works. The Alt meter in the car does not register the car is charging, and only 12.4 volts is registering at the voltage regulator. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same problem and after trying everything that,s posible i came to the conclusion that the earth wires in my car where not good.And after replace them my troubles are living in the past.Hope that this is the answer on your question,good luck
