Thank god for my uncle and father without them i would not be able to do anything like this. Ran into a few problems as usual but we "got R dun" so to speak. We installed a external oil cooler from B&M also.

Problem #1 we ran into was having to install the old shifter lever from the previous c4 tranny onto the new one. (PA sends their trannys without this) Since its a racing tranny they just assume your going to put an after market shifter on. To do this i had to take the pan and valve body out of the old transmission and just loosen a nut on it. (i'll post pictures later) Then had to do the same to the new tranny and install it.

Problem #2 Doh i didnt get the fittings that go into the tranny. So had to run to the local well not so local parts shop to get them with 30 mins to spare that night.

Just glad to be finally done with it and to have my car back for a few days anyway. Then its off to the body shop soon.

Only difference from the article is that my cooler did come with fittings and a pack of installation goodies

Glad to hear you got everything running. Its always nice to drive the stang after having to let it sit for a while.
