Has anyone ever replaced their floorpans? I need a good site to go to or someone that can explain what needs to be done. Thanks in advance.

About to "have" my drivers floorpan replaced by a pro so to speak. But i'll try to see if i cant find that information for you, i'm just not that brave to do it myself.

Just set your new floor in place on top of the old and outline the edges. Then cut (about 3-4 inches inside the mark) the old floor out. Set the new back in and use a sawzall or cutting wheel in the overlapped area and tack a weld about every 4-6 inches to hold in place until your done. then weld it solid. A lot easier said than done! If your near Cincinnati, Ohio I can set you up with a buddy of mine he's very reasonable.
