Make a reasonable offer.
It is time for me to move on to a different Mustang. This car was obviously a California car, due to the lack of metal damage. It has front disc brakes. It has the motor out of it (302). The c4 was rebuilt in the late 80s. It was driven down to me from the previous owner over 100 miles. It ran great, but had a bad oil leak from the rear. I took it apart...Put my house on the market...delayed....changed careers....you get the picture
I am in Southern California. You will need to come and get it with a trailer.
