How are torq box's swaped out? Do they require the interior be taking out?

Remove the seats and carpet. That is the easy part. removing them requires cutting out the toe boards and removing them from the frame and rocker. This is a very tough job best left to someone with experience. If you are close to Cincinnati, Ohio myself and a friend of mine can do the work at a reasonable rate.
