all the new replacement shock towers i've seen are big block style. thats what i used. Luckily I found some reinforcement plates off a junk tower and am intsalling them on the other side.

I have an original 69 shock tower with the BIG BLOCK supports. No damage to the shock tower, no rust, or holes. It even comes with the frame rail.
