To make a long story short, I knew there was body filler in the lower door portions of my pony, but I was totally unprepared for what I found; which I have dubbed "Red Neck Paper Mache." Not only had the entire bottom of the door been molded with alum and bondo, but the guy had shoved NEWSPAPER in it to use as a backing for body filler... yes, you heard me right.... NEWSPAPER!!!!!!!!!! :shock:
Well, i had bought new door skins, but now it appears I need unmolested door shells.
So, please email me if you have a set of doors you would like to part with. I'd rather not buy new shells (at @ 650$ for 2) since I paid about 250$ for both skins. Hell, I only paid 1000$ for the whole car!
