It turns out that I have to replace my tail panel and since all the parts around it are repro my body guy would like to get a Ford piece for this panel so he knows there is something true to go by.
Is anyone making a repro out of ford tooling or does somone have an experience with an aftermarket peice that fit great?

I got my repro piece from National parts depot and it did the trick and the bodyman didnt have any problems with it. But i dont know if its ford tooling if thats what your asking. So this is probably no help to you.

Yeh more than likely made by the same company. You can call both NPD and Dallas mustang and ask who makes their pieces. I did that when considering buying a repro hood, which is still at the body shop so i have no idea how its going to fit.
